All rental rates are subject to a 10% Barbados Shared Economy Levy.

Minimum stay - 5 nights in the Low Season, 7 nights in the High Season and 14 nights in the Peak Season.

Payment terms:

 

In the Low Season a 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure a booking. The 75% balance is payable at least 1 month before arrival.

In the High Season a 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure a booking. The 75% balance is payable at least 2 months before arrival.

​

In the Peak Season a 50% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure a booking. The 50% balance is payable at least 3 months before arrival.

 

All rental payments are strictly non-refundable.

Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is by 12 noon.
